For decades, part of listening was holding the artwork, reading the sleeve, watching the record spin. Streaming gave us everything except that. SpinJacket brings it back.
SpinJacket is a simple idea done carefully: take whatever's playing, find the real studio album jacket for it, and frame it beautifully on a screen. Not a random compilation cover. Not a guess. The cover the artist made.
That obsession with getting the right artwork is what sets SpinJacket apart, and it's the hardest part to get right. We spend most of our time making sure the cover on your screen is the one you'd expect to see.
From there, it grew. Audiophiles wanted it by the hi-fi. Restaurants and bars wanted their whole floor of TVs to look intentional. DJs wanted a visual identity that travels. So SpinJacket became one app that serves all three, from a single screen at home to a dozen managed remotely across locations.
SpinJacket is built and run by DeCuir Ventures LLC, an independent software company. We answer our own support email, ship our own updates, and care a great deal about the small details, because the details are the whole point.
